• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking
• Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
• Any bank or payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount

• Date changes: Subject to availability and may incur rate differences
• Room type changes: Subject to availability and rate differences
• Guest name changes: Allowed with prior notification
• Modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in
• Additional charges may apply for modifications

If you decide to check out earlier than your confirmed departure date, you will be charged for the nights you have stayed plus one additional night, unless we can rebook the room. No refund will be provided for unused nights.

• Group bookings require a deposit (typically 30-50% of total)
• Cancellation terms will be specified in the group booking agreement
• Group cancellations may have different timeframes and refund policies
